God Created Us For His Glory – “Bring my sons from afar & my daughters from the end of the earth….whom I have created for My glory” (Isaiah 43:6-7).
We Have Failed To Glorify God As We Ought – “All have sinned & fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
We Ought To Receive God’s Just Condemnation – “The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23a).
We Don’t Get What We Deserve Because Of The Good News Of Jesus Christ – “The gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Jesus said, ‘God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger & he who believes in Me shall never thirst. This is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son & believes in Him may have everlasting life & I will raise him up at the last day. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep. My sheep hear My voice & I know them & they follow Me. And I give them eternal life & they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand’” (Romans 6:23b; John 3:17; 6:35, 40; 10:11, 27-28).
We Can’t Earn God’s Gift Of Love Thru Jesus Christ – “We are justified freely by God’s grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. By grace you have been saved through faith & that not of yourselves; it is a gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” (Romans 3:24; Ephesians 2:8-9).
What Must We Do To Receive The Good News Of Jesus Christ? – “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus & believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness & with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, ‘Whoever believes on Jesus will not be put to shame.’ For there is no distinction between Jew & Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For ‘whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved’” (Romans 10:9-13).
Assurance That We Have Received God’s Gift Of Love Thru Jesus Christ By Faith – “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Christ also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justified. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died & furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ” (Romans 8:1, 31b-35)?
Recreated Spiritual Life In Jesus Is For God’s Glory – “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ” (II Corinthians 5:17-18).
