PRECEPT LADIES’ BIBLE STUDY
2 Timothy 2:15
15 “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth.”
We use Precept Ministries International Bible study materials (Precept Upon Precept) which show us how to discover the Truth of God’s Word for ourselves. The concept behind this study method is to get us personally, intimately involved with the text, observing it carefully for ourselves, interpreting what we’ve read and then applying the lessons to our lives.
Precept uses a straightforward investigative approach, in which you open the Bible and observe the context of the passage that you are studying. That’s where we find God’s precepts—or principles—for life. Using the inductive study method, we collect those precepts to build a God-glorifying, Bible-centered worldview with clear applications to enable us to live an abundant, victorious life in our Lord Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Precept Upon Precept - Hebrews Part 1 January 18 – March 29, 2010
Most Christians have very little knowledge of the book of Leviticus. This 7 week course will focus on the study of the Old Testament sacrifices, the mediation of the high priest, and the feasts, which all foreshadowed our Lord Jesus Christ’s fulfillment of them in the New Testament under the New Covenant. By studying Leviticus first, which will dovetail beautifully with Hebrews, we will be setting the stage to understand the deep riches of Hebrews much more fully. .
